Free ground shipping on all orders over $100.00!

Orders may be shipped to addresses within the United States and Canada, with the exception of APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes. Contact us if you wish to place an order to a military base or other locations. Sales taxes will not be charged for orders shipping to addresses outside of Arizona, and will be removed once your shipping address has been entered during checkout. Orders shipping to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii or other locations outside of the continental U.S. are not eligible for our free shipping promotion.

We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. Your credit card or PayPal account will be charged in full at the time your order is placed. Orders shipping to addresses other than your billing address or to Canada typically require additional verification prior to the order being shipped.

We strive to ship all orders within one business day, excluding holidays. Packages shipped utilizing UPS Ground typically arrives within 3-7 business days. Canadian orders are shipped via UPS International Ground Shipping and typically arrive within 5-10 business days. Please contact us if you wish to inquire about expedited shipping or Canadian orders. An email containing the UPS tracking number will be sent once your order has been processed.

Occasionally an item listed on our website may not be available to ship immediately. If so, we will contact you via email or telephone to inform you of any delays or cancellations. You may choose to wait for this item, replace the item with a similar one or remove it from your order.

We will do our best to accommodate any changes to your order. Changes cannot be made to orders once they have been processed in our shipping department. Please contact us immediately at (888)-KTG-2007 (1-888-584-2007) during our normal business hours if you wish to modify an order prior to shipment.
